Proposal for the Flooded Wood of Cosmocaixa. An amazonic huge space full of trees, animals and fishes inside the lagoon.

We wanted to conquer the high space of the wood. Visitors can go around, inside or underneath the flood, but not over. We design a walkway where the people could walk on top, gaining the view from the height of the top of the trees.

This walkway was designed on bended steel structures, using simple steel pipes bended with the same template but with different angles. That technique gave the oportunity to create different branches for these designed trees. The branches were covered by a textile skin were the plants grow all over.
