When I made all the production for the concrete tables, I also fabricated a big version. It had the size of a dining table, exactly 90x180cms. We spent lot of time releasing the mold taking a lot of care but when we were tying to loading it to the transport it broke in two pieces. I remember my friend who helped me, he was very frustrated when it broke but I found it obvius as I know I had risked too much. I made the figures so thin. From the other side I could use it as a decoration for the apartment we were decorating. I’m so glad of the final destination, we created a wall sculpture that was stunning with the shadows around. It made me also think of the possibility to make sculptures.
